This Privacy Policy explains how StableOps Inc. (“StableOps”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our products, or otherwise interact with us. We act as a data processor for information our customers entrust to us, and as a data controller for the information described below.
This policy applies to personal information processed through our marketing site, dashboards, and APIs. It does not cover third-party services that operate their own privacy practices, or the on-chain data recorded on public blockchains, which is, by design, public and outside our control.
When you create an account or contact us, we collect details such as your name, work email, company, and role. For regulated activities, our customers may be required to provide business verification information.
We collect standard log data, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, to operate, secure, and improve the service.
To provide wallet, settlement, and ledger features, we process transaction metadata such as amounts, asset types, timestamps, and references. We do not collect or store private keys, which remain sharded across MPC nodes.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and your consent where required (for example, certain cookies and marketing).
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements, including recordkeeping obligations that may extend several years beyond the end of a relationship. We then delete or anonymize it.
We maintain a security program aligned to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. Custody is protected by MPC 2-of-3 signing inside FIPS 140-2 Level 3 HSMs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and notify you of incidents as required by law.
We operate globally and may transfer personal information to countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect that information.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. See also our Cookie Policy.
